Hi, I'm Kyla, a certified Holistic Sleep Coach, and whether you're here because you need sleep support, or you've just come for a nosy, I am so glad you are here! 

Are you a parent who feels like your child’s sleep situation could be better but are struggling to know where to start? 

Do you find yourself searching the depths of Google or social media for answers or hearing the opinions and experiences of others, but find it hard to make sense of all the noise?

Does the idea of separation based, non-responsive sleep strategies or leaving your baby to cry alone feel like you are going against your instincts as a parent? Or have you tried something like this and it hasn’t worked, either for you or your little one?

If you answered ‘yes’ to any of these, then you have come to the right place!

Infant and child sleep would easily be one of the most talked about parenting topics that I have heard during my 10 years as an early childhood teacher, parent educator and mum; I totally get it, sleep can be hard! My goal is to help you take the stress and pressure out of sleep and even learn to enjoy this time with your child. Yes, you can actually enjoy it!

Sleep problems do not exist in isolation. My role as a Holistic Sleep Coach is to work with your family to create a plan that suits your unique situation. As an advocate for responsive parenting and protecting the child-parent attachment relationship, my approach to sleep support differs from many of the mainstream options that are commonly available; No sleep training, generalised sleep schedules or age-based wake-windows here. I provide you with evidence-based, developmentally and age appropriate information and solution-focused options to empower you to make informed decisions and find confidence and joy in parenting authentically. 

I will never guarantee that your child will start sleeping through the night, or guarantee a particular outcome, or within a particular time frame. What I WILL guarantee is that I will help you to learn about attachment and biologically normal sleep, develop realistic expectations and goals and make changes that can lead to quality, respectful sleep and relationships for you and your little one.

Not only can I help you find ways for your child and family to get better sleep, but you will often find that other areas of your life are changed as well, including routines, mealtimes, behaviour, and relationships. Upon booking your chosen coaching package you will receive an email with a questionnaire and sleep diary that will need to be completed prior to our meeting as well as a copy of the terms and conditions. If you do not receive these as soon as you book please get in touch asap.

Education package - $129

Our entry level package for families who are after some basic analysis and understanding around their child's sleep. Maybe you're not sure if you've got nap timings right, you want to ensure they're getting enough total sleep or you might be after a few pro tips to tweak your routines or improve sleep hygiene.

  • Questionnaire & sleep diary assessment
  • 1 x 60 minute coaching session
  • Additional coaching sessions can be purchased. Please note this package does not include a written summary of your session. 

Guidance package - $249

This package is for you if you want to learn more about attachment and biologically normal sleep and how you could apply this with your little one. You might be wanting some reassurance about your child’s sleep or have one main sleep goal such as naps, bedtime, settling or routine.

  • Questionnaire & sleep diary assessment
  • 2x 60 minute coaching sessions (within one month)
  • Written session summaries (within 24-48 hours)

 Confidence package - $349

If you are experiencing more than one sleep challenge or seeking to make significant changes then this package is for you. Over 3 sessions, we’ll explore your challenges, goals and priorities, learn about attachment, biologically normal sleep and sleep hygiene, and create an approach that works for you and your child’s unique needs. 

  • Questionnaire & sleep diary assessment
  • 3x 60 minute coaching sessions (within 6 weeks)
  • Written session summaries (within 24-48 hours)
  • Email support between each session

Empowerment package - $499

Our most comprehensive, holistic package of education and support. We have the time and space to dig deep into your child’s sleep challenges, with someone there to hold your hand every step of the way. This package is for you if you are currently feeling overwhelmed with everything sleep related, are facing significant sleep challenges, or want to be able to take your time with changes while being regularly in touch with your sleep coach.    

  • Questionnaire & sleep diary assessment
  • 4x 60 minute coaching sessions (within 6 weeks)
  • Written session summaries (within 24-48 hours)
  • 6 weeks of unlimited text or email support (within business hours)

Add-ons

$89 - Extra 60 min coaching session (within 6 weeks of final coaching session)

 $199  - 3 hour home visit (travel charge may also apply)
