Hi, I’m Kyla, a certified Holistic Sleep Coach, and whether you’re here because you need sleep support, or you’ve just come for a nosy, I am so glad you are here!

Does the idea of separation based, non-responsive sleep strategies or leaving your baby to cry alone feel like you are going against your instincts as a parent? Or have you tried something like this and it hasn’t worked, either for you or your little one?

Infant and child sleep would easily be one of the most talked about parenting topics that I have heard during my 10 years as an early childhood teacher, parent educator and mum; I totally get it, sleep can be hard! My goal is to help you take the stress and pressure out of sleep and even learn to enjoy this time with your child. Yes, you can actually enjoy it!

Sleep problems do not exist in isolation. My role as a Holistic Sleep Coach is to work with your family to create a plan that suits your unique situation. As an advocate for responsive parenting and protecting the child-parent attachment relationship, my approach to sleep support differs from many of the mainstream options that are commonly available; No sleep training, generalised sleep schedules or age-based wake-windows here. I provide you with evidence-based, developmentally and age appropriate information and solution-focused options to empower you to make informed decisions and find confidence and joy in parenting authentically.

Foundation Package - $249

  • 60-90 minute coaching session
  • Detailed session summary
  • 2 weeks unlimited email follow-up support (reply within 24 hours)


  • Questionnaire & sleep diary assessment
  • 60-90 minute coaching session
  • Detailed session summary (first session only, within 24-48 hours)
  • 3 weeks unlimited email follow-up support
  • 30-60 minute follow-up session (within 4 weeks of the first)


  • Questionnaire & sleep diary assessment
  • 3 hour home visit during either daytime or evening (travel fee may apply)
  • Detailed visit summary (within 24-48 hours)
  • 1 hour coaching session (within 4 weeks of visit)
  • 6 weeks unlimited email support (from date of first visit, reply within 24 hours)

Disclaimer- I will never guarantee that your child will start sleeping through the night, or guarantee a particular outcome, or within a particular time frame. What I WILL guarantee is that I will help you to learn about attachment and biologically normal sleep, develop realistic expectations and goals, and make changes that can lead to quality, respectful sleep and relationships for you and your little one.

Not only can I help you find ways for your child and family to get better sleep, but you will often find that other areas of your life are changed as well, including routines, mealtimes, behaviour, and relationships.
